Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On October 11, 2014, the Defendant: (a) around 22:05, and around the “D” convenience store for the victim C’s operation in Yongsan-gu, Yongsan-gu, Mangsan-si; (b) without any reason, the Defendant: (c) dumped the victim’s plastic hand to the ground floor; and (d) dump the victim’s hand over to the ground floor; and (c) dumped the victim’s hand over to the ground floor; and (d) damaged the above

The Defendant, at the time and place indicated in paragraph 1, stated that the victim C(24 years of age) said the Defendant “at a place other than drinking alcohol and drinking alcohol” as “D’s convenience store,” and used the Defendant as “Wump flab, flabed so that flab flab can be discarded,” and used the victim as a hand to kill the victim’s flab, and assaulted the victim as he flab as he flab.
