A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and two months.

Punishment of the crime

On August 10, 2001, the Defendant issued a summary order of KRW 1 million to a Daegu District Court on August 10, 2001; on February 8, 2002, the same court was sentenced to a fine of KRW 3 million to a violation of the Road Traffic Act; on October 24, 2002, the court was sentenced to a summary order of KRW 8 months and 2 years of probation for the same crime; on July 24, 2003, the court was sentenced to a summary order of KRW 3 million for the same crime; on September 1, 2004, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of KRW 6 months to a fine of KRW 3 million for the same crime; on March 18, 2005, the court was sentenced to a summary order of KRW 3 million for the same crime (a fine of KRW 3 million for the same crime) before the same court on March 18, 2005; and (b) was sentenced to a fine of KRW 3 million for the same offense.

On April 21, 2011, the Defendant sentenced the Daegu District Court to 10 months of imprisonment for the violation of the Road Traffic Act, etc., and completed the execution of the sentence in the Daegu Detention House on March 28, 2012.

On October 31, 2013, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol content of 0.262% without obtaining a driver’s license at around 22:50 on October 31, 2013, and was driving a cub-down car at approximately 100 meters high from the North Korean Vene-distance in the Seo-gu Scatteringdong to the front road of the “Scub-si Health Center” located in the same Dong.

On April 21, 2011, the Defendant was sentenced by the Daegu District Court for the violation of the Road Traffic Act, etc., and completed the last sentence in the Daegu Detention House on March 28, 2012.

On October 31, 2013, the Defendant obtained a driver’s license from approximately 4 km section in front of the opening market in Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu to the front of the Dong-dong zone in the same Si-dong from around 18:00 to the Dong-dong.
