Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On November 5, 2010, at around 08:45, the Defendant entered the house of the victim D, a first floor of the general housing in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul, and invaded on the family of the female. In this case, the Defendant assaulted the victim, who was able to have the victim knife on the Defendant’s knife the knife with the victim’s right hand knife on the knife, and caused the victim’s right hand knife against the knife.
