Punishment of the crime
Defendant
B A Co., Ltd. is a corporation whose business is to produce and sell joint valves at Kimhae-si, and Defendant A is an internal director of the above corporation.
1. "2013 Highly 1662";
(a) When Defendant A operates emission facilities, no act of operating preventive facilities or emitting pollutants discharged from emission facilities, mixing with the air, to lower the degree of pollution;
On August 14, 2013, while the Defendant was performing the work at the said workplace operated by the Defendant, the Defendant discharged pollutants out of the air by operating a light sea route (former 300 KwH x one (former 1 reserve) and a major dismantling facility (former 540 cubic meters x 1).
B. Defendant B, at the same time and place as in the preceding paragraph, committed the same offense as in the preceding paragraph by Defendant A, a inside director.
2. "2014 Highly 136".
(a) When Defendant A operates emission facilities, no act of operating preventive facilities or emitting pollutants discharged from emission facilities, mixing with the air, to lower the degree of pollution;
On November 4, 2013, the Defendant, while working at the said workplace that the Defendant operated, was discharging pollutants out of the outside by operating a melt sea route (former 150kmwh x 1st (former 150km) which is a standby emission facility, and discharging pollutants without operating the 140 cubic meters x 140 metres.
B. Defendant B, at the same time and place as in the preceding paragraph, committed the same act as in the preceding paragraph by Defendant A, a inside director.
