1. It shall be confirmed that each real estate listed in the separate sheet is owned by the plaintiff;
2. The costs of the lawsuit are assessed against the defendant.
Reasons
Basic Facts
A. On July 4, 1915, B, the former land cadastre of the land listed in the annexed Table 1 (hereinafter “instant land”) stated in the annexed Table 1 (hereinafter “instant land”), was assessed on July 4, 1915, C acquired ownership from B on October 6, 1920, D acquired ownership from C on October 10, 1921, and E obtained ownership from C on October 10, 1921, respectively, and written that D transferred ownership from D on April 15, 1924.
The land No. 1 in this case is unregistered as of the date of the closing of argument in this case, and the old land cadastre and current land cadastre of the land No. 1 in this case are indicated as E as its owner.
B. On August 17, 1915, G received the instant F land assessment from August 17, 1915, H acquired ownership from G on April 1, 1927, and E received ownership transfer from H on February 8, 1929, respectively.

Land No. 2 listed in the list No. 2 (hereinafter “instant land”) was divided from the instant F land on February 27, 1958.
The land No. 2 of this case is unregistered as of the date of closing argument of this case, and the old land cadastre and current land cadastre of the land No. 2 of this case are indicated as E as its owner.
[Ground of recognition] The defendant's arguments concerning Gap evidence Nos. 1, 3, and Eul evidence Nos. 1 (including each number, hereinafter the same shall apply) and the defense prior to the determination of the purport of the whole pleadings are proved to be E by the state of non-registration or land cadastre, and there is no benefit to seek confirmation of ownership of each of the lands of this case against the defendant.
Therefore, the lawsuit of this case shall be dismissed as unlawful.
Judgment
The claim for confirmation of land ownership against the country is unregistered, and there is no registered titleholder on the land cadastre or who is a registered titleholder.
