1. The Plaintiff:

A. Defendant B’s KRW 35,500,000 and for this, KRW 5% per annum from March 31, 2015 to December 2, 2015.

In light of the facts without dispute, Gap evidence Nos. 1 and 2 (as to Gap evidence No. 2, the defendant C acknowledged the authenticity of its formation) and the overall purport of the pleadings, the defendant Eul agreed on March 17, 2015 to pay KRW 35,500,000 to the plaintiff on March 30, 2015, and the defendant C agreed to pay KRW 35,000,000 among them up to August 25, 2015 (see Article 150(1) of the Civil Procedure Act). Accordingly, each of the claims against the defendants of this case against the plaintiff are with merit, and it is so decided as per Disposition with the assent of all citing them.
