Defendants shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

In the event that the Defendants did not pay the above fine, each of them is 100.

Punishment of the crime

1. Except as otherwise expressly provided for in other Acts, no person who intends to use and manage any access medium shall borrow or lend any access medium, or distribute, keep, deliver or distribute any access medium while demanding, demanding or promising to do so;

Nevertheless, on July 4, 2016, the Defendant issued a proposal to lend the access media to the account in the name of the Defendant to use the cosmetic or cash in the name of the Defendant on the same day, and issued the physical card and its password of the accounts of the Saemaul Bank (Account Number: D) and its password to the above person in the name of the Defendant, in front of the treatment-to-be apartment in the name of the Defendant, in front of the treatment-to-be apartment in the name of Kimhae-si on the same day.

Accordingly, the defendant promised to receive compensation, and lent the approaching media.

2. In using and managing access media, no person who is a defendant B shall borrow or lend any access medium while demanding, demanding or promising to offer, demand or promise to do so, or distribute, delivering or distributing any access medium;

Nevertheless, on July 1, 2016, the Defendant issued a proposal to grant KRW 7,50,000 per day of lending access media to the Defendant’s name to KRW 30,000 per day since it is necessary for the reduction of and exemption from E’s taxes from a person in the name of the deceased, and then issued the cash card and its password of the Defendant’s Saemaul Cooperative Account (Account Number:F) in front of the boom 777 in the same day, if Kim Jong-si on the same day, in front of the boom boom in the name of the Defendant.

Accordingly, the defendant promised to receive compensation, and lent the approaching media.
