Punishment of the crime

Defendant

A was sentenced to imprisonment of 1 year and 6 months and 3 years of suspended execution in the Gwangju District Court on June 14, 2018, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on September 28, 2018.

The Defendant and B shall make a public offering to distribute cash received by selling them with the valuable goods after filing an application with a person within the inside of the Dispute Resolution Co., Ltd., and by concluding a siren contract under the condition that one of the victims and the market price of Dalmas equivalent to Dalma equivalent to Dalma amounting to KRW 2,703,000 on June 16, 2015 will leave a siren between 39 months in the name of the victim and 39,500 on a monthly basis without any intent or ability to pay a siren fee, and the victim did not pay the victim a siren fee of KRW 79,500 on June 23, 2015.

Accordingly, the defendant, in collusion with B, was accused of the victim and received property.
