Details of the disposition

The Plaintiffs shared the reference land of this case.

(Plaintiff A’s shares: 65/100, Plaintiff B’s shares: 20/100, and Plaintiff C’s shares: 15/100). The Defendant selected the reference land of this case as the reference land pursuant to Article 3(1) of the Act on the Public Announcement of Real Estate Values (hereinafter “Real Estate Publication Act”), and determined and publicly announced the officially announced value as of January 1, 2018 of the reference land of this case as of February 13, 2018 as KRW 7,200,000 per square meter.
