A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant is a person engaging in driving service of CK7 cars.

On October 4, 2017, the Defendant driven the said car under the influence of alcohol level of 0.214% from blood alcohol level around 20:40 on October 4, 2017, and turned down the road of one-lane in front of the E kindergarten located in Kim Jong-si, into the F apartment bank located in the new scenic zone.

In such cases, there was a duty of care to prevent accidents in advance by accurately manipulating the front, rear, and left and right of the driver and accurately manipulating the steering gear.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, while neglecting the above duty of care and neglecting the work, did not take necessary measures, such as immediately stopping the said K5 si to ensure that the 206,928 si was destroyed by the left side of the said K7 si and then the said 5 si was parked behind the end of the course of the accident.

2. The Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (drinking driving) and the Road Traffic Act (Dless driving) driving a C K7 car under the influence of alcohol leveling 0.214% of alcohol level while under the influence of alcohol leveling 0.214% from the road in front of the F apartment at Kim Jong-si, Kim Jong-si, to the road in front of the same city.
