A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

[Criminal Power] On September 20, 2018, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for the crime of obstruction of performance of official duties at the port branch of the Daegu District Court. On March 23, 2019, the Defendant completed the enforcement of the sentence at the port prison.

【Criminal Facts】

At around 20:10 on August 21, 2019, the Defendant: (a) expressed dangerous actions, such as: (b) in the front of the building north-gu B and C; (c) the Defendant was seated on the roadway to the vehicular road; and (d) expressed that the police officer, at the police officer’s seat, sent out after receiving a report of 112 in relation to the disturbance inside the city bus, sent out from the police officer E and police officer F to India, she sees her horses, “cence she shall do so; (b) attempt to leave the mountain to E; (c) attempt to throw the her seat to her vehicular road; (d) trying to extract a son who was sticked on the bridge to protect the Defendant; (e) moving the police officer to India to the right side of the road; and (e) throw the her shoulder to the right side of the road; and (e) throw the her shape to the right side of the road.

Accordingly, the Defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties by police officers concerning the handling of 112 reported cases.
