As above, the defendant deceivings the victim, and received the total amount of 33,000 won from the injured party.

Accordingly, the defendant was given property by deceiving the victim.

At around 20:30 on May 31, 2020, the Defendant enticed the victim as if he would normally pay for food and alcoholic beverages in a way that would not have any cash or credit card, etc. during the course of operating restaurants for the F of the Victim F in Chungcheongnam-si, Chungcheongnamnam-si, and acquired the victim with food and alcoholic beverages totaling KRW 70,00 won of the total amount of KRW 433,00,000,00,000,000,000,000.

On June 20, 2020, the Defendant issued an order for food and drink in the “I” restaurant operated by the victim H in Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seocheon-gu, Y on June 20, 2020.

As such, the Defendant deceivings the victim, and i.e., one person who is the victim by means of multiplying the victim, i.e., the victim.
