A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violence;

A. From June 2014, the Defendant livedd with the victim C (V, 22 years of age).

3. On September 23, 2014, the Defendant violated the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (injury to groups, deadly weapons, etc.) : (a) around 01:00 on September 23, 201, the Defendant laid off the victim’s hair Ebudio 405, on the ground that the victim took conversations between the male-gu and the Kakakakakao Stockholm, and her head head, face, body, bridge, etc. (1m in length) on the ground that he/she was in possession of the victim’s head, her head, her body, her body, her bridge, etc.
