Punishment of the crime

From July 19, 2014 to December 25, 2014, the Defendant removed a fuel tank of 9,000 liter, which supplied light oil to boiler, and installed a fuel tank of 900 liter. During this process, the Defendant laid the valves installed on the boiler side, cut off the valves installed on the boiler, cut the pipes connected to a fuel tank of 9,000 liter and the boiler, and connected the 900 liter fuel tank and boiler, which were newly established.

However, the above 9,00-liter fuel tank and boiler were installed around April 200 and the pipes and valves connected to the above tank and boiler were worn out through the above pipes and valves, and thus, the above pipes and valves are likely to be leaked through the above pipes and valves.
