A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant was married on July 5, 2019 by the victim B (son, 39 years of age) and around 2005, but divorced on July 5, 2019, and the victim C (son, 11 years of age) is the parent-child of the defendant.

From August 5, 2019 to August 8, 2019, the Defendant: (a) at around 19:26, the Defendant, within the Defendant’s residence located in the Dongducheon-si apartment E; (b) however, the Defendant was unable to prepare an agreement with the victim B regarding the issue of business obligation; (c) however, the Defendant: (a) avoided contact without the Defendant’s demand; and (d) sent text messages stating “Mara Ma Ma Ma Ma Ma Ma Ma Ma Ma” to the victim using the Defendant’s smartphone using the Defendant’s smartphone; and (b) threatened the victim C once, as described in the list of crimes in the attached list of crimes.

At around 09:20 on August 8, 2019, the injured Defendant drafted a written agreement on the issue of the insurance of vehicles after divorce with the victim B, the issue of the division of property, and the settlement of business obligations with the victim, and the victim refused to reach agreement as desired by the defendant, the victim's bucks by hand, walking the victim's bucks, walking back the victim's bucks by driving away from the victim, leaving the victim's bucks, leaving the victim's neck back to the ground floor, leaving the victim's neck back to the ground floor, leaving the victim's neck, leaving the victim's head, leading the victim's head, making the victim's treatment for about two weeks.
