Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. For the purpose of utteringing that the Defendant had a copy of the resident registration certificate B, which is the birth of the Defendant, by means of drawing up and exercising, the Defendant: (a) at the ELel Telecom Office, which was in the Jeju Do Do Do dong on August 18, 2008, entered “B”, “C”, “C” in the resident registration number column, “B” in the address column, and “B” in the applicant column; (b) forged one application form for a membership card in the name of B, which is a private document on rights and obligations; and (c) submitted it to E, who visited the said forged application form, as if the said forged application form was authentic.

2. On September 2, 2008, the Defendant: (a) presented a 90,600 won card issued by purchasing drugs at the F Contracting State at Jeju-si on September 2, 2008; and (b) paid the price, as prescribed in paragraph (1); and (c) made a substitute payment of the price equivalent to KRW 90,600 for the amount of goods sold by a credit card company; and (b) acquired pecuniary profits at that amount; and (c) through the same method, the Defendant acquired pecuniary profits equivalent to KRW 7,365,70 from the credit card company on a total of 65 occasions, including the following theft crimes (excluding cash services) from around that time to May 1, 2010.

3. On August 25, 2008, the Defendant received and stolen the cash service of KRW 700,000,000,000,000,000 from an automatic cash payment machine with the name B, as described in paragraph (1), and then withdrawn from around that time to February 4, 2010 through the same method.
