A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for three years.

One copy of the seized identification card (No. 29) shall be issued to the victim C, one copy of the resident registration certificate.

Punishment of the crime

On May 4, 2005, the defendant was sentenced to transfer of juvenile protection case to a special larceny in the Ulsan District Public Prosecutor's Office on March 31, 2005, to transfer juvenile protection case to a special larceny in the Ulsan District Public Prosecutor's Office on December 22, 2005, to the Ulsan District Public Prosecutor's Office on September 13, 2007, to transfer juvenile protection case from Ulsan District Public Prosecutor's Office on September 13, 2007, to the Busan District Public Prosecutor's Office on October 29, 2007, and was sentenced to transfer of juvenile protection case from Busan District Public Prosecutor's Office on April 23, 2009 to Busan Public Prosecutor's Office on September 30, 201, and the period of parole was terminated on September 15, 2011.

1. Habitual theft;

A. On December 22, 2010, around 17:10 on December 22, 2010, the Defendant habitually went back to the third floor of the “F” private teaching institute located in Seo-gu Busan, Seo-gu, Busan, and then cut off the property equivalent to KRW 16,487,00 in total of the market value of KRW 16,487,00 by the same method over 56 times in total, as shown in Appendix I, with one card, and one new card, with KRW 530,00 in the market value of KRW 530,00,00 in the market value of the victim H-owned cash, and stolen it from that time until February 15, 2011.

B. At around 16:42 on December 25, 2010, the Defendant: (a) went to a store set forth in the 3rd floor of Ansan-si, Ansan-si, the third floor; (b) carried cash of KRW 7,000 owned by the Victim K; and (c) stolen the same by having one strawet in the market price, which includes one credit card of our bank.

C. At around 14:00 on December 27, 2010, the Defendant habitually entered a second floor nursing room in Busan High-gu L Hospital, Busan High-gu, and owned by the victim M in cash of KRW 50,000, Samsung Card 1, and a resident registration certificate.
