Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,500,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On November 6, 2019, at around 18:00, the Defendant driven a D-wing truck without obtaining a driving license from around 20 km section of the Defendant’s house located in the same military C through the sports center located in the same military branch from the insular area to the front roads of the Defendant’s house located in the same military branch C.
