A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

On March 4, 2014, from around 00:5 to around 01:15 on the same day, the Defendant: (a) in front of the D restaurant in the Gunsan City from around 00:5 on March 4, 2014, the Defendant: (b) had the intent to damage the G UD vehicle and H E E business vehicle, which is the victim F, parked in the area, while not having good appraisal of E and E; and (c) had the intent to damage the said E E E E E business vehicle and H E business vehicle, which is the victim F, on a glass angle, the Defendant 3,329,040 won of the repair cost of the said A UD vehicle at a free angle, and continuously destroyed the said E business vehicle to the extent that the above E business number, the chief and back of the EM vehicle, even before and after the EM vehicle, and the front and rear 195,000 won of the repair cost of the vehicle in favor of the public.

Around 21:00 on January 25, 2014, the Defendant: (a) threatened the victim E (the 45-year-old) who was in front of the above restaurant with the following threat: (b) the victim collected a studite store that had been in front of the above restaurant due to the victim’s failure to pay the money borrowed from him/her for about 10 years before the restaurant; (c) the victim threatened the victim with “to kill and kill the boat; (d) throw away the boat; and (e) the victim led the victim to the said restaurant with the knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife.

Accordingly, the defendant threatened the victim.
