A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents (Bodily Injury) by the Defendant is a person engaging in driving a rocketing car.

On June 24, 2016, at around 02:00, the Defendant driven the above vehicle while under the influence of alcohol of 0.183%, and proceeded to turn to the left in the direction of the west from the pedal on the side of the pedal of the arm's length, the crossing of the pedal, which is under the influence of alcohol level of 0.183%.
