Punishment of the crime

【The Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment with labor for interference with business at the Seoul Eastern District Court on November 8, 2012, and completed the execution of the sentence at the Sungdong Detention House on March 10, 2013. On October 2, 2014, the Defendant received a summary order of KRW 1 million as a result of interference with business at the Seoul Northern District Court on October 2, 2014, and on May 11, 2015, issued a summary order of KRW 1.5 million by the Seoul Northern District Court on May 12, 2015.

【Criminal facts】 around April 16, 2015, the Defendant: (a) around April 21, 2015, at the “E” restaurant operated by the victim D in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government on April 21, 2015; (b) alone, a female customer with a name in the name of the female customer who was in the next consignment with drinking alcohol without any reason, called “as soon as he/she gets out of the house,” and (c) even though he/she was demanded by the above female customer to be present only by his/her behaviors and damage, he/she rather took a heavy bath, such as “packer, d, Chewing,” and (d) he/she had many customers go out of the restaurant for about one hour.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the victim's restaurant business by force.

around 03:00 on July 26, 2015, the Defendant expressed a bath to the victim on the ground that the victim G(58 years of age) who is a taxi engineer did not immediately drive a taxi, and that he was able to see the victim’s right by hand at the front of the Seoul Gwangjin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Seoul Special Self-Governing Province, and that he did not immediately drive a taxi.

Accordingly, the defendant assaulted the victim.
