A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. At around 05:00 on January 6, 2015, the Defendant: (a) visited the victim D (V, 50 years of age) in Jeju-si; (b) visited the customer to drink alcohol; (c) made the victim’s sexual desire to commit an indecent act; and (d) in the victim’s manner, “the victim was “at least once during the night-to-face-to-face-to-face-to-face-to-face-to-face-to-face” and “the victim did so; and (c) obstructed the victim’s the victim’s eye in his/her hand without disregarding the victim’s expression of “non-to-take” and expressed his/her intention of refusal; and (d) committed an indecent act by force against the victim by making the victim’s panty part only.

2. The Defendant: (a) demanded a victim to return part of the money that he paid in advance after drinking alcohol at the above date, place; (b) refused it; and (c) obstructed the victim’s entertainment tavern business by force by demanding the victim to “I will die without being aware of KRW 50,00,00, but will die; and (c) threatening the victim.”

3. On the same day, the Defendant reported to the effect that he would receive a part of the drinking value to the slope F belonging to the Jeju Dong Police Station E District E District of the Jeju Police Station, which was called upon by the Defendant at around 05:45 on the same day. However, the Defendant responded to the purport that F would be subject to civil relations, and if so, he would raise an objection to view and hygiene and accusation, and that he would thereby make flick, “I need not do so, I need to do so,” and “I do see whether I will die of the internal house (the name of the main house owner).” The Defendant continued to F to take a dangerous speech against the main house owner, and the Defendant f, who was living outside of the main house and flick, with the intention that I will interfere with the performance of official duties by: “I am, I am, I am saw, I am son, I am son, I am son, I am on the part of police officers.”
