Reasons

Punishment of the crime

From July 15, 2008 to June 15, 2016, the Defendant only worked as a brokerage assistant of the "D Official Brokerage Agent" in subparagraph 103 of the "D Official Brokerage Agent" in Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Gwangju, Gwangju, and is not qualified as an official broker for the opening of business.

1. A person who intends to run a brokerage business without registration shall register the establishment of a brokerage office as prescribed by the relevant Acts and subordinate statutes;

However, around November 13, 2015, the Defendant, a real estate intermediary, posted an advertisement stating “D Certified D Certified D Certified D Certified in Seo-gu shop” at the I newspaper, a real estate newspaper, which is a real estate intermediary, for the following reasons: (a) around November 13, 2015, the Defendant posted an advertisement stating “6 G 42m2m2, a grass option, an office, the total amount of subdivision of which is KRW 68 million, the down payment of KRW 78 million, each payment, and every 48 million; and (b) from around that time until April 13, 2016, the Defendant advertised the I newspaper to indicate the object of brokerage, such as a list of crimes (2).
