Reasons
Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A and B conspired with the library users to steal a smartphone or wall, etc. on their books, with the knowledge that there are many cases where the library users face a shotphone or wallets or protruding the door, and one person in the reading room return to the library using a siren, and one person in the reading room reported a stolen object or a network and then stolen another person by using a smartphone or wall.
At around 18:00 on June 17, 2013, the Defendants, within the reading room of the Haan Library located in Haan-dong 683, Haan-dong, Haan-dong, Haan-dong, 1,000,000 won of the market value of the victim H on his/her book, and was divingd, Defendant B, while coloring stolen objects, and Defendant A, by inserting it into the books prepared in advance by gathering the above smartphones, and thereby cutting them jointly.
From that time until July 6, 2013, the Defendants, together, stolen an aggregate of KRW 10,350,000 from 13 smartphones by combining them, such as the list of crimes in attached Table (1).
2. On June 5, 2013, at around 13:58, Defendant A, within the reading room of the second floor of the opening library located in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, Gangnam-gu 139, Defendant A: (a) placed the victim I on his/her book a opon 4 smartphone 1,000,000 won at the market price of 90,000 won; (b) laid the place of the above smartphone on his/her book; and (c) stolen it by means of cutting it by a prior preparation for gathering the above smartphone; and (d) from that time until July 8, 2013, Defendant A stolen the total amount of KRW 7,303,00,000 in the market price of the 9 smartphone from that time until July 8, 2013.
3. Defendant C: (a) around 18:30 on June 2013, 201, the Defendant: (b) on the street in front of the Skhcell oil station located in Ansan-si; (c) on the gallon road owned by the victim H by A and B; and (d) on the gallon road owned by the victim J, two smartphones, including gallonland.
