Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. AC Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “AC”) (hereinafter “AC”), including documents attached to the 11st issuance of subordinated bonds and registration statement;
) On June 22, 2007, 15 billion won, maturity of September 22, 2012, and 8.00% interest rate, 11 non-registered interest-guaranteed subordinated bonds (hereinafter “11th subordinated bonds”) are the 11th non-registered interest-guaranteed bonds (hereinafter “11th subordinated bonds”).
(5) The financial statements of this case were issued. 3) Defendant Ansan Accounting Corporation (hereinafter “Defendant Accounting Corporation”)
(B) On July 28, 2006, AC’s external auditor prepared an audit report stating “personal views” with respect to the 24th financial statements of the said Savings Bank, and published it on September 7, 2006. (b) AC issued the 12th issuance of subordinated bonds and documents attached to the registration statement, etc. (i) KRW 15 billion with subscription amount on March 28, 2008, KRW 15 billion with maturity, September 28, 2013 with interest rate of 8.50% (hereinafter “12th subordinated bonds”).
2) The investment prospectus (Evidence A) prepared and published as of March 12, 2008 by AC as of March 4, 2008 and the investment prospectus (Evidence A86) prepared and published as of March 12, 2008 by the said 12th registration statement (Evidence A) of subordinated bonds (Evidence A85) and the audit report on each of the financial statements as of March 12, 2008, and review report on the 24th half-year financial statements are attached (unit: the total net income per unit of won).
