1. Facts of recognition;

A. The Plaintiff is a company with the purpose of developing the Internet solution and services, and the external development of the computer software industry. The Defendant is a company with the purpose of manufacturing and selling clothes.

B. On November 1, 2012, the Plaintiff and the Defendant entered into a contract for the establishment of a “EnterpP (ENP) program to build an integrated information system in the Defendant’s company (hereinafter “instant service contract”). The content of the instant service contract relating to the instant case is as follows.

ERP Project Construction Contract

1. Name of the contract: (State) A project for building CERP;

2. Period of contract: November 1, 2012 to August 31, 2013 (10 months);

3. Determination of KRW 1,540,000,000 for a contract amount of KRW 1,540,000 (excluding VAT).

4. Period of warranty against defects: 12 months after the final inspection.
