Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. The Defendant in violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents is a person engaging in driving a benz car.
On August 13, 2014, the Defendant driven the said car at a speed of 0.069% of blood alcohol level around 03:25, and proceeded at the speed of about 70 km from the east west to the west west, open on the south-west open sea at Boan-si.
