Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment without prison labor for six months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving the B-learning passenger car.

On July 13, 2017, the Defendant, at around 13:00, proceeded straight from the direction of the Gun Office, along with a two-lane road in C, of the front of the D-do.

At the time, a crosswalk was installed on the road at that time, so in such a case, the person engaged in driving service has a duty of care to safely drive the road, such as reducing the speed and checking the right and the right of the road well.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected to do so and proceeded on the left side of the victim E who walked on the crosswalk from the right side of the defendant's proceeding to the left side, and received the front part of the above vehicle by the defendant.

Ultimately, the Defendant suffered injury to the victim, such as a 7-day breast-culse therapy, which requires approximately 10 weeks of medical treatment, due to the above occupational negligence.
