Punishment of the crime

On December 17, 2016, the Defendant posted a statement on the part of “G” in the Lone Star Program using a mobile phone on the part of “G”, and then publicly insultd the victim by openly putting a notice on the part of the victim H, and on the ground that the Defendant requested the victim to delete the above statement, the Defendant did not comply with the victim’s request.
