Defendant shall be punished by a fine of four million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On July 4, 2017, at around 00:10, the Defendant: (a) placed in the said residence in Seongdong-gu Seoul on the road in front of his own residence in Seongdong-gu, Seoul, where the victim D (27 tax) and his friendship are simply divided; (b) but, on the ground that it is sykeing, the Defendant saw the knife (35 cm in total, 24 cm in length) and carried the knife into the victim’s house; and (c) placed the victim’s knife in his knife in his knife and knife in his knife in his knife as his knife and knife in his knife

On July 20, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to the suspension of the execution of official duties in Seoul Eastern District Court for six months on July 20, 2016, and the judgment became final and conclusive on July 28, 2016, and again committed the instant crime even during the suspension of execution.

In addition, the sentencing conditions specified in the records and arguments, such as the defendant's age, sex and environment, family relationship, motive, means and result of the crime, the circumstances after the crime, etc., shall be determined as ordered.
