1. The Defendants, jointly with the Plaintiff, indicated in attached drawings 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 5, among the area of 2,975 square meters in Gyeonggi-si D, Gyeonggi-do.
Reasons
1. On November 14, 201, the Plaintiff, as indicated in the claim, leased part of 432 square meters on the right to the right, among the lease deposit of KRW 5 million, monthly rent of KRW 500,000,000,000,000 from January 5, 201 to January 5, 2017, to Defendant C, a part of 272 square meters on the right to the right of the instant land was determined to be KRW 5 million, KRW 80,000,000,000,000 from January 5, 2012, 2012, and the lease period from January 5, 2012 to January 5, 2017.
그런데 피고들은 위 각 임대차계약이 2017. 1. 5. 기간 만료로 종료되었음에도 불구하고 현재까지 임차한 토지를 인도하고 있지 않을 뿐만 아니라, 임차 토지를 포함한 이 사건 토지 중 별지 도면 표시 ㄱ, ㄴ, ㄷ, ㄹ, ㅁ, ㅂ, ㅅ, ㅇ, ㅈ, ㅊ, ㅋ, ㅌ, ㄱ의 각 점을 순차로 연결한 선내 (가) 부분 2,248㎡ 지상에 계근대, 담장, 창고, 컨테이너, 고물, 견인용 차량 등을 적치하여 이를 무단으로 점유하고 있다.
Therefore, the Defendants jointly have a duty to remove, and jointly with the Plaintiff, things placed on the ground boundary, steel plate fence, steel network fence, warehouse, container, solid article, etc., and towed vehicles, and deliver the said part of the land to the Plaintiff.
