Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

No person shall borrow or lend any access medium, or store, deliver or distribute any access medium, in receiving, demanding or promising any compensation for any access medium.

Nevertheless, on August 7, 2017, the Defendant reported on August 7, 2017, a letter advertisement stating that “the Defendant shall pay a total of three million won on three occasions per week by lending a passbook to him/her,” and that he/she shall telephone with the phone number entered in the text and lent the passbook to him/her for the following month.

Around 13:00, at the vicinity of the residence B and 204 Seoul Gangdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, a physical card number connected to the Defendant’s name C bank account of the Kwikkset Service, and sent the above name Buddhist to the above name Buddhist victim, and the physical card password, etc. using the Kakao Stockholm message to the above name Buddhist victim.

Accordingly, the Defendant promised to pay the price, and lent the approaching media.
