Punishment of the crime

Defendant

A is a national technical qualification holder who has acquired the qualifications of the mid-term driving technician, the representative director of the corporation C, and the defendant C is a corporation that has its head office in Songpa-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government and engages in the development of groundwater.

No national technical qualification certificate shall be lent or lent to another person.

1. Defendant A’s act of lending national technical qualification certificates was offered to Defendant A’s act of lending KRW 400,000 as one-year rental fee if he/she borrowed his/her qualification certificate from the post office house loan broker F from the office house loan broker F in Gyeyang-gu, Ulsan-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City on June 2009, and he/she lent his/her qualification certificate as a mid-term driving technician (license number: G) acquired by Defendant to F.

Accordingly, the Defendant lent his qualification certificate to the above corporation C from June 22, 2009 to July 1, 2013.

2. Defendant B’s act of lending national technical qualification certificates by Defendant B and C on June 22, 2009, in order to satisfy the conditions of the license for a specialized construction business granted by C on a yearly basis, Defendant B paid KRW 1 million to the said F on a yearly basis. From the above point to July 1, 2013, Defendant C borrowed a license for a specialized construction business technician from the above point to July 1, 2013, and Defendant C committed the above violation as to the duties of Defendant C.
