1. Basic facts
A. 1) Non-Party Treatment Electronic Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Treatment Electronic”)
(1) On March 3, 200, the Seoul District Court 2000Kadan59089, filed a lawsuit against the plaintiff et al. to seek payment of the purchase price, etc. on June 9, 2000, and the above court rendered on June 9, 200 that "the plaintiff shall pay the plaintiff et al. to the plaintiff et al. at the rate of 25% per annum from August 1, 1995 to the date of full payment (hereinafter "the judgment of this case")."
(2) On June 8, 2012, the Defendant received a claim based on the instant judgment against the Plaintiff from the non-party 1, a new harbor-based loan from the non-party 2, a new harbor-based company, and issued a notice of assignment of claims that included the fact of assignment of claims to the Plaintiff on August 7, 2012.
3) Around that time, the Defendant was granted an execution clause to the instant judgment from the Seoul Central District Court. A certified copy of the succeeding execution clause was served on the Plaintiff on November 20, 2012. B. The Defendant received dividends as follows through the public auction procedure for resident support with respect to the Plaintiff’s claim based on the instant judgment through the Daegu District Court resident support procedure.

2. The assertion and judgment
A. The plaintiff alleged that the defendant is a creditor of the claim based on the judgment of this case, but the defendant is not a creditor of the claim based on the judgment of this case.
