1. Basic facts

A. On August 19, 1978, the previous building of this case was registered for ownership transfer in the name of the YAD Korea-U.S. Foundation.

B. Since then, the Korea Veterans Association established the Foundation's name was changed to the Plaintiff.

C. The previous building of this case became a building of this case through the extension/renovation construction project in 192 and 2000.

In addition to the registration of the previous building of this case, registration of preservation of ownership has been completed on July 9, 2012 in the name of B school conference (hereinafter “B school conference”) by setting the current status of this case as the object of the registration.

E. The initial B church was a church belonging to the Korean Egyptian Association (hereinafter referred to as the “Korea Egyptian Association”) which belongs to the integrated order of the Korea Egyptian Association. The Egyptian Association was separated from the Egyptian Association, and the Egyptian Association was affiliated with the Korea Egyptian Association, and the Defendant was duly represented as a delegate.

However, as a result of the conflict between the defendant and the South-North Korea Labor Association over the disciplinary action against some of the members of the Association B, the members supporting the defendant were the center of the members of the Association and attempted to withdraw from the Korea Labor Association (the withdrawal from the church).

In this regard, the Pohangnam Association dismissed the defendant from the position of pastors of the Pohangnam Association and sent the defendant to Bridges, and this disposition was finalized as it is.

Many of the members of the B church are supporting the defendant and continue the activities of the church, such as worship, under the direction of the defendant, in the B church building.

In addition, some of the members who support the position of the Pognam Labor Association against the defendant are carrying the E pastor dispatched from the Pognam Labor Association to the temporary chairman of the Pognnam Labor Association as a legitimate pastor, and in the building B of the Pogn Association, they are carrying out church activities such as towing times differently from the defendant, or towing times at a separate place.

It is the center of the members supporting the defendant in his department.
