1. The Defendants jointly share KRW 35,543,067 with respect to the Plaintiff and the period from September 13, 2016 to November 22, 2018.

1. Basic facts

A. On July 20, 2015, Defendant Hongcheon-gun entered into an agreement on the management entrustment (hereinafter “instant agreement”) with Defendant B Incorporated Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant Company”) on the following major contents: (a) with respect to “I” located in Hongcheon-gun, Hongcheon-do, including the Track-gun, F trekking course, F trekking course, wood and eckd, G course, camping ground, parking lot, management and experience operation; (b) from July 20, 2015 to July 19, 2018; (c) the management entrustment agreement (hereinafter “instant agreement”); and (d) thereafter the Defendant Company managed I.

Article 2 (Scope of Property Entrusted for Management) A (referring to Defendant Hongcheon-gun), and Eul (referring to Defendant Hongcheon-gun), shall entrust the management of all the affairs concerning the management and operation of the above I.

Article 4 (Conditions of Operation) (1) B shall operate the accounts of I as an independent accounting system, and allocate revenues exceeding annual operating expenses by offsetting the operating revenues and operating expenses. A and B shall allocate them in proportion to 30:70.

(3) Eul shall appoint a person in charge of operation of the I and keep an account book or register in which the opening of use, current status of revenue and expenditure, etc. are arranged as daily settlement of accounts, and submit it to A by the fifth day of each month.

Article 5 (Duties of Trustee) (3) Matters concerning the operation of I shall be operated within the scope prescribed by the relevant Acts and subordinate statutes, the Hongcheon-gun Ordinance on the Management and Operation of Red Sports Facilities, the Enforcement Rules of the same Ordinance, and the Convention.

Article 6 (Insurance, Compensation, etc.) (3) B shall purchase various insurance (general liability insurance, etc.) required by related Acts and subordinate statutes for the I operation after concluding a contract under a contract under a charge, and submit evidentiary documents to A within 30 days.

(4) B shall subscribe to an accident insurance (at least 30 million won per accident, at least 100 million won per person, and at least 100 million won per premises treatment expenses per accident, at least 10 million won per unit, and at least 10 million won per person, respectively) to compensate for damage caused by safety accidents at the relevant entrusted facilities within ten days from the conclusion of the agreement, and shall subscribe to an accident insurance within one month.
