Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment without prison labor for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person engaging in driving a rocketing car.

On March 17, 2014, at around 19:25, the Defendant, along the airport of Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, driven the road of four-lanes in front of the new airport of the airport of Seocho-gu, Seoul, at a non-speed speed.

At the time, it is night and the road be bended by the mils of the surface due to its own expenses.
