Punishment of the crime

On August 21, 2017, the Defendant purchased provisional launchs of an amount equivalent to KRW 850,00 from the E Beauty room operated by the victim D (n, 54 years of age) of the first floor underground of C Hospital in Gangnam-gu Seoul, Seoul, and then demanded the victim to exchange the new product with the victim on the ground that the above provisional attachment is not in mind. The victim promised to exchange the new product equivalent to KRW 850,000 at the market price on the condition that the Defendant bears the burden of KRW 150,000 at the market price.
