A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than three years and six months.

Punishment of the crime

1. Larceny;

A. On September 24, 2013, the Defendant: (a) around 03:50 on September 24, 2013, at the apartment parking lot located in the Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Busan, Seo-gu, Busan, about a large scale of 3:50 on Sep. 24, 2013, the Defendant cut off the amount equivalent to KRW 30,000 in the number of 30,000 for the taxi located in the taxi due to a shoulder glass.

B. On October 13, 2013, the Defendant: (a) on October 13, 2013, at the H Beauty room operated by the victim G located in Busan, Seo-gu, Busan, the Defendant stolen KRW 105,000 in cash, the victim of which was in his/her possession in his/her safe, by exposing the tear of the excessive network, which was opened and prepared in advance, at around 03:0 on October 13, 2013.

C. On October 17, 2013, the Defendant: (a) around 03:20 on October 17, 2013, 2013, at the apartment parking lot located in the Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Busan, Seo-gu, Busan, the Defendant: (b) unloaded the back glass of J-business taxi owned by the victim I on the parking lot; and (c) cut off KRW 70,000,000 in cash, which was kept in the front of the string glass, into the parking lot.

On October 25, 2013, the Defendant attempted to larceny on October 25, 2013: (a) around 03:20 on October 25, 2013, 3, Seo-gu, Busan, Seo-gu, Busan, a fire extinguisher who was equipped with the back glass of the L business taxi owned by the victim K in the parking lot at the 36-1, 2, 36-1, 2, 36-1, and 1, 2007, 2007, 2007, 2007.

E. On October 26, 2013, the Defendant, at around 02:10 on October 26, 2013, stolen cash 20,000 won in cash owned by the victim G located in the Seo-gu Busan, Seo-gu, around October 26, 2013, where the victim G was placed in the glass door, and the victim’s concrete bricks located in the front of the beauty room were cut off.

2. The Defendant, on October 23, 2013, 05:50 on October 23, 2013, was boarding M-si operated by the victim C (73 years of age) at the Seocho-dong, Busan.
