A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Seized evidence No. 1 shall be confiscated.

500,000 won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.

Punishment of the crime

On September 29, 2011, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of one year and one year of imprisonment with labor for a violation of the Narcotics Control Act at the Chuncheon District Court on April 2011, and completed the execution of the sentence on March 14, 2012.

Defendant is not a narcotics handler.

1. From May 2012 to September 10, 2012, the Defendant possessed 0.06g of psychotropic drugs, at the Defendant’s home located in Kuju-si C, with 0.06g of psychotropic drugs.

2. At around 15:00 on June 25, 2012, the Defendant administered mephones by mixing them with beer and drinking at the guest room in which it is impossible to find out the trade name D at Won-si.

3. At the time and place, such as Paragraph 2, the Defendant received the sponphone non-sponed volume from E, which has delivered coffees.

4. On August 22, 2012, the Defendant, at the guest room where the heading room of the FMM is unknown at the time of nuclear power plant, administered mephones by dilution into beerer and mathing them.

5. At around 23:00 on August 30, 2012, the Defendant, at the guest room where it is impossible to identify the heading room of the Gamtour, administered mephones by dilution with beerer and mathing them.

6. At around 03:00 on September 6, 2012, the Defendant administered clopon’s diveopon in the street near H human body in the original city, by dilution with beer.
