1. The plaintiff's claims against the defendants are all dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

1. Basic facts

A. (i) The Plaintiff is an insurer who has concluded a comprehensive automobile insurance contract with B by setting the insurance period from November 14, 2011 to March 22, 2012 with respect to the car owned by B as the insurance period for the car owned by B, and between D and D, with respect to the automobile owned by D, the insurance period from October 8, 201 to October 8, 2012.

B. On April 13, 2011, the Federation of the Defendant trucking Services concluded a motor vehicle mutual aid agreement between the Defendant E.S. and the Defendant E.S. Co., Ltd. with respect to the FTrac vehicle owned by the Defendant E.S. S. Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “instant track”), setting the period of mutual aid from April 13, 201 to April 13, 2012.

B. (i) A, around 17:00 on March 2, 2012, the occurrence of the accident occurred, the Defendant: (a) linked the instant Tex to the instant Tex and driven the instant Tex with a warning, etc. on the instant Tex to check the instant Tex; (b) parked the instant Tex at the point 364 km on the downstream line 364km on the middle-west Highway; and (c) was separated from the instant Tex and driven only the instant Tex.

The instant Trick was parked in several ways on the side and the five-lanes of the expressway.

B On March 3, 2012, 2012, on the road in the vicinity of the mid-to-west Highway, the car was driven by the CA car and was going to the front part of the said car as the front part of the said car (hereinafter “the instant accident”).
