Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 4,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On March 9, 2014, around 00:51 minutes, the Defendant driven a BM3 car under the influence of alcohol content 0.186% of alcohol content to the front of a church located in the Republic of Korea and Japan Dong Dong Dong Dong-dong (hereinafter referred to as the “SM3 car”) and located in the Republic of Korea in the Republic of Korea and in the top of the church located in 752 according to the same height of the Gu.
