1. The Defendants are entitled to KRW 49,868,259, respectively, within the limit of the property inherited from the network E, to the Plaintiff.

In full view of the overall purport of the pleadings as to Gap evidence Nos. 1 through 3 and Eul evidence Nos. 1, 2015, it is acknowledged that the plaintiff supplied building materials to Gap from April 2015 to November 2016 caused 9,736,518, and that the defendants succeeded to Gap as a result of Gap's death on January 24, 2018. Meanwhile, it is recognized that the defendants obtained approval of the inheritance limit under the Busan Family Court 2018 Ma1417, and therefore, the defendants are liable for the price of the goods of this case only within the scope of the property inherited from the deceased Gap.

Therefore, it is so decided as per Disposition.
