A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant: (a) conspired to open a so-called “long-term passbook” under the name of the so-called “Y” company established solely for opening a passbook with D, E, F, and G to sell it to the telephone finance fraud group, etc.; (b) Company D supplied documents necessary for opening an account; and (c) the Defendant was in charge of selling the accounts opened; (d) the Defendant was in charge of posting a letter on the recruitment of part-time students; (e) Company was in charge of paying the proceeds of the transfer to part-time students; and (e) Company was in charge of employing part-time students in the river area, Busan; and (e) Company was in charge of managing part-time students by assisting Defendant E.

The Defendant, in accordance with the above public invitations with D, E, F, and G, employed part-time students, such as I, J, K, L, and M, and caused them to use at least 192 accounts in the name of “Y company”, such as N, limited liability company, P, limited liability company, P, Q, limited liability company, Q, limited liability company, C, limited liability company, U.S. limited liability company, and V, from the beginning of July 2013 to July 26, 2013, the Defendant opened at least 192 accounts in the name of “Y company” in the name of P, limited liability company, P, P, one bank account in the name of P, P, and one bank account in the name of P, a cash card, an OTP P, and a password necessary for sale of the account.

Accordingly, in collusion with D, E, F, G, the Defendant transferred the above passbook, cash card for both overseas and foreign use of the means of access.
