Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On July 31, 2012, at around 10:58, the Defendant driven B le-car in the state of alcohol alcohol concentration of about 120 km at approximately 0.163% while under the influence of alcohol concentration of 0.163% at the point of 336 km upstream line on the middle-west Highway located in the Jin-si, Jin-si, Gwangju.
