A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

From around 2013, the Defendant is a Chinese person working as a seafarer in the inshore fishing vessel C at the inshore sea of the Jeju-si, Jeju-si.

1. On March 20, 2017, the Defendant stolen tobacco stored on a ship and brought it to China. On March 20, 2017, the Defendant: (a) on March 20, 2017, on board a wharf 1:30, Seopopopo Port No. 21:30 on March 20, 2017, the Defendant: (b) opened a door to the crew room and intruded into the crew room; and (c) cut off with 20 square meters of core tobacco equivalent to KRW 90,000, the market price of the victim’s possession on the bed, which was 90,000.

2. On April 22, 2017, the Defendant stolen tobacco on board a ship, as described in paragraph 1, and brought it to China. On April 22, 2017, the Defendant: (a) opened a door up to the G, managed by the captain F, the captain of the ship mooring at the wharf of Seopopo-si, Seopo-si, Seopo-si, Seopo-si, and intruded into the steering house, opened a door up with the key at the top of the steering house’s entrance; and (b) intruded into the steering house, with the victim’s H-owned market value of KRW 1,920,000, in amount to KRW 40,000.

3. A crime committed on July 29, 2017;

A. At around July 29, 2017, the Defendant: (a) stolen tobacco inside the ship and sold it in Korea; (b) opened a crew room which was moored and not corrected by the captain J on board the ship at the e-mail oil wharf at Seopopo-si, Seopo-si on July 29, 2017; and (c) stolen it by holding one knife of the market price, the victim’s possession on the bed, which was on the bed; (d) opened a door with the key on the back of the steering house at the entrance of the steering house; and (e) invaded into the steering house; and (e) stored 20 knife tobacco equivalent to KRW 90,00,00, at the market price of the victim’s K owned under the steering device at the above hand.
