Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

No one shall distribute advertisements which are media materials harmful to juveniles to the public openly in places through which the public pass.

On January 16, 2014, around 15:30 on January 16, 2014, the Defendant distributed approximately 30 copies of the advertising leaflet in which the pictures showing women’s chests, which are media products harmful to juveniles, and phrases indicating sexual traffic, “C after the selection of the place,” were printed.
