1. Defendant B’s interest rate of KRW 4,296,562 and KRW 2,835,948 among the Plaintiff shall be from December 4, 2018 to the date of full payment.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. On December 5, 2017, the Plaintiff acquired the loans from D Co., Ltd. and notified Defendant B of the fact of transfer on or around January 10, 2018 upon delegation of the power to notify the transfer.

The principal and interest rate of March 16, 2017 as of March 16, 2017, 200,000 won 2,835,948 won 4,296,562 won per annum of 27.9% per annum of the balance of the principal and interest of the loan principal on the date of loan.

B. The land listed in the attached list No. 1 (hereinafter “instant land”) purchased on October 25, 198 and completed the registration of ownership transfer on November 4, 198 after purchasing on October 25, 198 by Defendant B’s father. As E died on November 2, 2017, Defendant C (E’s spouse) and F, and Defendant B, on February 6, 2018, agreed on the division of inherited property (hereinafter “instant agreement on the division of inherited property”) with the content of the Defendant C’s sole inheritance.

C. Accordingly, Defendant C completed the registration of ownership transfer on the instant land on February 6, 2018 (in that process, the maximum debt amount in the name of G organization with respect to the instant land, the obligor E, and the registration of ownership transfer on April 13, 2018, which had been constructed on the instant land (hereinafter “instant housing”), and on the same day, the registration of ownership transfer was completed in his/her own name on the instant land as well as on the instant housing listed in attached Table No. 2 (hereinafter “instant housing”). On February 26, 2018, Defendant C sold the instant land and housing to H KRW 130,000,000 and completed the registration of ownership transfer on April 13, 2018.

2. According to the facts of the above recognition as to the claim for the transfer money against Defendant B, the defendant B is entitled to the above 1.

A. As to KRW 4,296,562 of the principal and interest as of December 3, 2018 and KRW 2,835,948 of the principal and interest of KRW 4,296,562 of the Plaintiff, a transferee of the loan claim, as of December 3, 2018, the following day of the above base date.
