A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On May 12, 2016, the Defendant filed a false report on C with a view to having C receive criminal punishment at the Gyeongbuk-dong Sea Center, which is traveling in the south-gu, South-gu, and North Korea on May 12, 2016.

The report was about March 25, 2016, "The defendant C was the one's house located in North-gu, North-gu, North-do, Spocheon-ro and was forced to have sexual intercourse with the reporter, and thus punished the defendant C."

However, on March 25, 2016, the Defendant was aware on March 25, 201 and had a sense of care.

At the same time with C, alcohol was drinking and sexual intercourse was agreed upon by C at the house of C.

However, on May 12, 2016, from around 17:33 to 18:25 of the same day, the Defendant filed a report and supplementary statement with the police officer, who was in charge, in the video recording room at the Dong-dong Center in the Dong-dong branch of North Korea, and filed a false report and supplementary statement to C.
