Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving of a vehicle B with a physical car.

On April 8, 2019, at around 23:28, the Defendant driven approximately 10 meters of the above vehicle from the underground parking lot of the Korea-si branch of the Korea-si branch in Ansan-si to the front of the entrance of the bank's ground parking lot from the Korea-si branch of the Korea-si branch in Ansan-si to the 0.126% alcohol level.
